Return policy

This policy describes how Vivmmdrainia handles returns and cancellation requests for physical printed kits ordered through official channels listed on vivmmdrainia.ddd.

Cooling-off rights

Consumers within the European Union may cancel distance contracts within fourteen days of receipt unless an exception applies (for example, customized products produced to your specifications after written approval).

Condition of goods

Returned stock must remain unused, free of markings, and in original packaging so we can verify batch numbers. Incomplete returns may receive partial refunds consistent with statutory rules.

Process

Email infocenter@vivmmdrainia.world with your order reference, item list, and reason for return. We respond with shipping instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within fourteen days after we receive the goods or evidence of shipment, whichever is earlier. Shipping costs are refunded only when the entire order is returned due to our error.

Digital drafts

Downloadable proofs delivered before print approval may incur a preparation fee if you cancel after download. Fees appear on the written estimate you approve.
